Kristen A. Hilty Caruso, J.D.

Kristen serves as Director of the Human Resources Department. Her responsibilities include ensuring that legal requirements, as well as state and federal compliance issues, involving employees and independent contractors are properly addressed. 
 
Kristen received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she was a member of the National Trial Team and was awarded the Outstanding Student Advocate Award. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and is a practicing attorney in the fields of oil and gas, employment law, real estate, and estate planning. Kristen spent two years clerking for the Honorable John C. Duncan with the Department of Labor.  She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Management Division of the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business.
